Returns and refunds

Every product you order from us is specially made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or if there’s been a mix-up, don’t worry. Just reach out to us at formsolid@mirokh.com and we’ll make it right.

*Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes — you can make changes within 6 hours of placing your order. Just message us on WhatsApp at 9358157718 and we’ll help you out.

*How do I track my order?

You’ll get a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once you place your order. When it moves to production, we’ll share tracking details. This means your product is being made and will be dispatched in 24–48 hours.

*I need to add more letters than the limit allows.

Our products come with options for 1 to 5 lines. If your text doesn’t fit, try shortening it or moving to the next line. You can also pick a product with more lines to fit your message.
